Licensing and Regulatory Information
Transparency about our lending services, regulatory responsibilities and lending arrangements.
United States Lending Operations
Wise Choice Financial LLC provides personal and business financing services in the United States, subject to applicable federal and state laws, licensing requirements and regulatory obligations.
The availability of financing products and services may vary depending on the applicant's location and applicable legal requirements.
International Financing
Outside the United States, international financing enquiries may be reviewed and facilitated through independent local lending and financial partners, where permitted by applicable law.
These partners may be responsible for local application verification, underwriting, financing agreements, disbursement and repayment administration. The relevant local partner and applicable lending terms will be identified during the application process.
Regulatory Disclosures
Licensing, registration and regulatory requirements differ between jurisdictions. Applicants should review the applicable disclosures and contractual information provided for their location before accepting any financing offer.
We do not represent that a single licence or registration authorises lending activities in every state, country or jurisdiction.
Verification and Updates
Specific licensing and registration details will be published here following verification of the applicable authorisations and regulatory information.
Until those details are published, applicants may contact our team to request information relevant to the financing service and jurisdiction they are enquiring about.
