Our advertised starting interest rate is 5.2%. This is not a guaranteed rate or an indication that every applicant will qualify for it.

A Due Diligence and Underwriting Fee may apply. Where applicable, the fee, payment timing and any other charges will be disclosed before you are required to proceed.

Affordability Assessment

Applications may be reviewed to assess the applicant's circumstances, intended use of funds, repayment ability and other relevant factors.

Providing an application does not guarantee approval. Additional information or supporting documents may be requested through appropriate secure channels during the review process.
